Black Olive Tapenade Croustades Salad

On a recent trip to The Camargue, my daughter and I spent each lunchtime, after a morning sightseeing or swimming, in search of her favourite salad.  After numerous delicious delights, Freya settled on this one to revive her for another afternoon back in the pool.

  • 1 pack Mixed salad of your choice
  • 1 French Stick
  • 1 Jar Suffolk Barn Company – Black Olive Tapenade

In memory of that special week, we have developed a special Black Olive Tapenade for you to create this ‘no cook’ option

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Make the mixed salad of your choice

Step 2

Slice the French stick into slices approx 2cm thick and spread with the tapenade

Step 3

Arrange the slices over the mixed salad

Step 4

Serve with the dressing of your choice
