Black Olive Tapenade Croustades Salad
On a recent trip to The Camargue, my daughter and I spent each lunchtime, after a morning sightseeing or swimming, in search of her favourite salad. After numerous delicious delights, Freya settled on this one to revive her for another afternoon back in the pool.
About this Recipe
A salty black olive tapenade, spread generously over fresh French bread nestling on a substantial salad and I was one happy Mummy.
- 1 pack Mixed salad of your choice
- 1 French Stick
- 1 Jar Suﬀolk Barn Company – Black Olive Tapenade

Step by Step Instructions
Make the mixed salad of your choice
Slice the French stick into slices approx 2cm thick and spread with the tapenade
Arrange the slices over the mixed salad
Serve with the dressing of your choice
